COVID-19: Changes to our service

Update 9 April 2020

As our office is now closed and the Royal Mail have announced changes to their service next week, we can no longer guarantee that we’re able to accept cheques as payment of outstanding premiums. We remain able to accept BACS, debit card or instalment payments (with a credit agreement via direct debit).

We know you’re dealing with the difficulties and challenges of this pandemic just the same as we are – if we can help on the insurance side, or in any other way, we’re here for you and are only a phone call or email away.

Update 2 April 2020

In accordance with the government guidelines, all of our staff are working remotely and our office is now closed. Everyone remains available on their usual contact number and email address. We’re also available for online meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams & 3CX.

With our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) firmly in place and operating as planned, we are now operating a skeleton staff at our Didsbury office and expect this to close completely in the coming days.

All of our staff will transition to home-working and will remain available on the usual emails and phone numbers. Our website and social media channels will also be continually updated.
